Calex Homes, Inc. was founded in 1993 by brothers Craig and Scott Curtis. Drawing on an extensive family history in the architectural and development arenas, Craig and Scott have combined their respective talents to create a dynamic homebuilding company.

In 2004, the brothers welcomed Chief Financial Officer and partner, Jack Lazard to the company. Jack’s broad knowledge and experience in the financial arena place him soundly in a league with some of the premier financial minds in the country.

By establishing a good working relationship with the most skilled trades people in the Valley, and using the highest quality materials, home buyers are quickly able to recognize true value and quality when they first visit a Calex Homes Community.

The three owners, together with a hand-picked staff of experienced individuals, have made Calex Homes a respected name in the Valley of the Sun.

In 2005, Calex Homes was listed as the 39th largest home builder in the Valley, as published in the Phoenix Business Journal.
